Role Description

We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team at Excel Constructors. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Overland Park, KS. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing safety protocols, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. The Superintendent will also communicate with clients and report on project progress.

Qualifications

• Construction Management, Project Management, and Site Supervision experience
• Knowledge of Safety Protocols, Compliance Regulations, and Quality Control
• Excellent Communication, Coordination, and Team Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Construction Software, Scheduling, and Reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Experience in medical construction projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
