General job duties. Types of procedures required.

Primarily outpatient with a small amount of inpatient and video swallows. Outpatient caseload is a mix of peds and adult population. There will be co-treats with OT and peds patients.

Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)

EMR is EPIC

Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)

BLS

Floating to over units / departments. (If so, to which units / departments?)

1x / week in Sheldon Iowa

Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept.

Outpatient department - inpatient is 16 bed med surg unit

Dress Code : Business Casual
