Pay : $18–$20 / hour + Commission

About the Role

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sales? Do you enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the perfect furniture for their home? If so, we’d love to have you on our team! As a Furniture Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of our store—greet customers, build relationships, and understand their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommend solutions that fit their style and budget
• Stay informed on promotions, new product launches, and service updates
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with moving furniture (30–50 lbs)
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
