Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join a strong team of technical and business professionals in our municipal engineering team. This position will be directly supervised by a Licensed Engineer. As a Municipal EIT, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of innovative and diverse projects, including the design of civil and municipal engineering projects for highways and local roads, public utilities and public works, parks, trails, and related infrastructure projects. This position involves working collaboratively with design teams in the development of construction plans and specifications; preparing reports, studies, and construction contract documents; computing quantities and preparing cost estimates; performing field observations and assisting in the coordination and management of construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure project design and field objectives are met.

Pay Range and Benefits
Pay Range : Locations in MN, VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $65,800.00 - Max Salary $92,100.00. Pay Transparency : In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Some roles are bonus eligible.
