We’re looking for a driven, organized, and compassionate Service Coordinator to lead the charge in scheduling caregivers, ensuring top-quality service, and conducting in-home visits. You’ll be the go-to problem solver—juggling schedules, supporting field staff, handling client updates, and stepping in to keep care plans on track. Hours : Full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (Occasional Nights for training and meetings and weekends for on call rotation

Location : Addus HomeCare 1240 N. Riverside Medford, OR 97501

Pay : $19.00 + Bonus Eligibility

Position Summary : Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Supervisory and / or home care experience preferred.
