Director of Operations

Privately-held business in east TN has immediate need for a Director of Operations. This is non-manufacturing company involved in civil engineering and commercial building projects.

The Director of Operations will manage operational strategies and oversee daily business activities involving the scheduling of work crews, materials, project timelines, etc. The Director will also work closely with the leadership team on budgeting and resource allocation.

Looking for someone with a strong Business background who can manage day-to-day activities for a busy firm operating in multiple states.
