About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 3 years required.

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Must-Have :

Experience with EPIC charting system is required.

Previous charge experience is preferred.

Description :

Responsible for providing nursing care in the Interventional Radiology unit.

Must have experience in interventional procedures.

Demonstrate proficiency in activated clotting time monitoring.

Skill in central venous access and port placement is required.

Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring is essential.

Knowledge of infection prevention and isolation precautions is necessary.

Ability to manage emergency medications and reversal agents.

Experience with various interventional radiology procedures like chemoembolization and nephrostomy is needed.

Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.

Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Candidates should have experience with cancer-related diagnoses and treatments.

This position does not require on-call duty.

Candidates should be aware of fingerprinting requirements related to credentialing.

Professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor.
