• 8-hour day shifts no weekends
• Skilled nursing facility patient care
• Focus on cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Rehabilitative and skilled treatment services
• ADL retraining and therapeutic exercises
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
• 13-week assignment duration
• No on-call requirements
