Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise security, SSO configuration, and IAM frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with PingFederate, PKI, and Linux environments , and a proven track record of managing authentication and authorization at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions aligned with security policies
Configure and maintain SSO integrations across diverse applications
Administer PingFederate for authentication and federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Manage PKI infrastructure including certificate lifecycle, encryption, and secure communications
Support and secure Linux-based systems running IAM platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce IAM governance policies
Troubleshoot authentication and access issues, ensuring uptime and reliability
Document standards, processes, and configurations for ongoing operations
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of IT security / IAM experience in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in SSO and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
Proven hands-on experience with PingFederate administration and integrations
Solid knowledge of PKI (certificate management, encryption, key lifecycle)
Proficiency in Linux system administration and security hardening
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills
Strong communication skills with ability to work across technical and business teams
