Base pay is $29.00 / hour plus monthly incentives based on performance.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Branch Sales.

Primary Accountabilities :

  • You will convert leads into qualified customer engagements.
  • You will manage a prospecting pipeline and develop a sales tracking system to maintain accurate prospect / customer information.
  • You will meet sales and sales quality goals.
  • You will sell available insurance products to new customers or services existing customers.
  • You will estimate and quote policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
  • You will provide solid customer experiences.
  • You will grow community contacts to enhance company visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
  • You will work closely with customers helping them prioritize their needs.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements :

  • Ability to provide accurate quotes to clients while multitasking on multiple computer systems / screens.
  • Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
  • Pursue professional development and growth opportunities, enrolling in continuing education and professional designation programs.
  • Licenses :

  • Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record.
  • Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products.
  • Property and Casualty, Life and Health (personal lines authority does not qualify).
  • Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s).
  • Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 60 days of hire date.
  • In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of our office.
