Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Communications Department . This new role will be based in our Dallas, TX branch and will expand our regional marketing efforts to support business growth. You'll craft compelling presentations, collateral, proposals, and campaigns to strengthen our multi-channel go-to-market approach. Additionally, you'll spearhead the planning and coordination of impactful client-facing events and industry tradeshows.

Working closely with subject matter experts, business development, and regional operations teams you will adapt national marketing strategies for local markets, boosting engagement, growth, and presence in key territories.

This position requires a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives-all within a fast-paced environment supported by a collaborative and skilled marketing team.
