Key Responsibilities :

Cultivate professional relationships with customers and monitor their progress

Assist customers in accessing essential services and develop individualized employment action plans

Maintain accurate case documentation and track customer participation in assigned activities

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required

0-2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must reside in the state of Idaho

Reliable high-speed internet service and a private workspace required

Ability to work remotely from home
