Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required.
We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role :
1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Arizona Property & Casualty license (required)Arizona Life and Health license (required)Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Necho, ECRM, and Policy CenterProblem Solving, Analytical and Decision-Making Skills – The ability to troubleshoot, manage client expectations, and provide sound judgement to provide a thorough solution and experience for the customer.
