What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential issues within a technology and media environment.

Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors and employees with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements

CPR certification is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
