Compensation : $25 per hour

Position Summary
The Site Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional campus environment. This hands-on position supports both day-to-day maintenance and event setup, requiring a dependable, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and building / site components.
 - Execute tasks such as wall repairs, painting, pressure washing, changing light bulbs, filter changes, and unclogging toilets.
 - Conduct routine inspections, including fire extinguishers, light tests, emergency lights, lavatories, and plumbing systems.
 - Respond to maintenance requests from building occupants and input data into the work order system.
 - Assist with event setups and respond to customer needs.
 - Support grounds maintenance as required.
 - Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
 - Complete daily digital timesheets and work orders using a web-based program
 
Schedule
40 hours per week; Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (including the 30-minute unpaid break)Must be flexible to work occasional nights, weekends, and overtime for special eventsRequirements :
Qualifications and Requirements
A high school diploma or a GED is requiredMinimum two (2) years of experience in general facility maintenance or related fieldBasic knowledge of maintenance trades : plumbing, electrical, and carpentryBasic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)Must pass a TBI background check for work on educational campusesValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs intermittentlyAble to bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periodsCommitment to working in a smoke-free environmentWhat We’re Looking For
