About The Position

We’re seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a rapidly growing cardiology team serving the Albany and Troy, NY region. This role offers multiple scheduling models, excellent compensation, and the chance to work in a highly supportive, team-based environment.

Position Highlights :

Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care

Flexible scheduling options :

• Weekend rounding only
• Traditional hospital / clinic model
• Hospital-only, shift-based schedule

Outpatient walk-in clinics 2–3x / month (traditional model)

Shared weekend call rotation (1 : 5)

Average 20–25 clinic patients / day; hospital team covers 50–60 patients / day

EMR : EPIC

1099 candidates welcome

Not accepting locums or visa candidates

Open to 2026 new grads (not clearing 2027 fellows yet)

Compensation & Incentives :

Guaranteed Base Salary : $600,000 / year

$75K starting bonus

$25K retention bonus

$25K relocation bonus (if relocating from outside the Capital Region)

Requirements :

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Completion of Cardiology Fellowship (prior to start)

Active NY license or willingness to obtain

Clean malpractice history

Willing to work across multiple sites in Albany & Troy

Must obtain Board Certification within 2 years of hire

BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA required
