We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker with an MSW degree to join our Renal team. This role offers day shifts from 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm.

Responsibilities :

• Provide psychosocial support to patients with renal conditions
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Advocate for patient needs and rights
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
