Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofing projects to assess conditions and requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates for roofing projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize ProEst software to generate and manage proposals efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project specifications and expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide competitive estimates.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
