Key Responsibilities
Administer equity programs, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
Support compensation and benefits administration, including market research and audits
Build and maintain analytics dashboards for compensation, benefits, and equity reporting
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Equity Administration, preferably in a tech environment
Solid knowledge of benefits compliance and compensation principles
Hands-on experience with HRIS and equity management systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
Certifications such as CEP, CCP, or CEBS are a plus
