This role blends front desk responsibilities with direct crisis line support, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to CAPSA's mission in a hands-on, meaningful way. You'll help maintain a welcoming and secure environment, respond to crisis calls with empathy and professionalism, and support the team through documentation, coordination, and communication.

Who We're Looking For

This job is right for you if :

  • You have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and enjoy staying organized.
  • You're calm under pressure and can respond to crisis situations with empathy.
  • You've worked in a receptionist or front desk role and value professionalism.
  • You're looking for part-time work that makes a real difference.
  • You're bilingual or Spanish-speaking (preferred but not required ).
  • You're ready to learn and grow- we'll provide the training you need.

What You'll Do

You'll answer and triage crisis line calls, greet and direct visitors, and help ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels safe and supported. You'll assist with donation coordination, maintain front office organization, and document interactions in our client database system. You'll also participate in CAPSA's core training and ongoing professional development.
