What You'll Do
You'll answer and triage crisis line calls, greet and direct visitors, and help ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels safe and supported. You'll assist with donation coordination, maintain front office organization, and document interactions in our client database system. You'll also participate in CAPSA's core training and ongoing professional development.
