Inbound Sales Representative- Remote In North Carolina

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be part of one of the top grossing sales teams in the country! As a valued member of the Optimum Inbound Sales team, you will be on the front lines, working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and the success of your team! Qualifications include :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience
  • Internet speed of 200Mbps or faster with a direct connection to modem (Wi-Fi prohibited)
  • Workstation space and nearby electrical outlet / s able to accommodate computer (laptop) and 2 independent monitors
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivator with a knack for working independently
  • Proficient computer and technical skills
  • Physical abilities : sitting, standing, and walking
  • Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary
