Safety Health Environmental Manager

Job Description :

This role is a Lab Technician with primary responsibility in the area of product development of novel food products. This individual will have the ability to aid in the creation of vegan dairy products from concept to commercialization. The duties include but are not limited to :

• Receiving, labeling and safely storing ingredients and samples to be tested
• Performing benchtop, and pilot scale, experiments and analyses and then reporting the results
• Understand all equipment and processes used to create each sample product.
• Discussing and answering any questions regarding the results
• Organizing and storing samples to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample.
• Managing sanitization and maintenance of lab and equipment, including recalibration of equipment
• Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs
• Preparing samples, packing, and shipping them
