Job descriptionCommunicate technical details clearly to project teams and subcontractors Participate in pre-task planning and coordinate meetings Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and documentation Report incidents, equipment issues, and material shortages promptly Ensure all self-performed work meets or exceeds project specifications Complete tasks within labor and material budgets Continuously improve procedures and standards across trades Lead and mentor crews Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment Resolve jobsite issues with superintendents Enforce Weigand safety standards and promote a safe work culture Identify and address safety concerns across all trade activities Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of field construction experience In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Largest Field Team in Northeast Indiana Strong Company Culture Commitment to Excellence Opportunities to Grow Community Impact
