What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities or behaviors.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity encountered during patrols around the educational campus.

Assist with access control by verifying identification and monitoring entry points as outlined in site-specific procedures.

Communicate and collaborate with campus staff, students, and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.

Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Support emergency response protocols and provide guidance to individuals in the event of an emergency on the premises.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
