Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Tax Consultant , you will :

• Provide expert tax consulting services to corporations, small businesses, and high-net-worth individuals
• Prepare, review, and file complex tax returns (corporate, partnership, individual, estate, and nonprofit).
• Conduct tax research and analysis to develop strategic tax planning opportunities.
• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies, compliance issues, and risk mitigation
• Assist in IRS audits, appeals, and tax dispute resolution
• Stay up to date with federal, state, and international tax regulations and inform clients of key changes.
• Collaborate with accounting and legal teams to ensure holistic financial and tax planning
• Mentor junior tax consultants and assist in business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for someone who has :

CPA, EA, or Tax Attorney certification (required).
