Job descriptionCreating and maintaining lasting relationships with students Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans Meeting the individual needs of every child by encouraging and supporting play , exploration, and learning Collaborating with families to create inclusive and culturally relevant classroom and curriculum Creating a fun, welcoming, warm, and safe classroom environment Completing assessments and documenting growth and learning Collaborating with colleagues to provide quality care and education Meeting and following the requirements of all licensing agencies 1+ year of formal or informal experience in caring for children CDA / AA or BA in Early Childhood Education CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification Proof of TB Test, and TDAP, 2 Doses of MMR, and immunizations Proof of Covid vaccination Medical Physical Obtain new Food Handlers Training Certificate Must meet and follow all additional City and State licensing requirements

OR AA or BA in a related field with 6 credits in Early Childhood Education
