RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare food according to resident diet specifications under the direction of Dietary Supervisor

Abide by all facility dietary procedures and sanitary regulations

QUALIFICATIONS :

1yr cooking experience for sizable amount of people; preferably in a long term or institutional setting

Ability to quantify recipes to support the entirety of the facility

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Service mentality and a thirst for learning

Positive Can-Do Attitude

Excellent Attendance
