Principal Safety Coordinator role at C.H. Robinson — Dallas, TX. C.H. Robinson is hiring a Principal Safety Coordinator for our Dallas, TX warehouse. In this position, you will play a critical role in fostering a safe and healthy workplace by providing guidance, training, and resources that support proactive safety practices and employee well-being. This position serves as the on-site safety leader, actively engaging employees at all levels to promote a strong safety culture.

A successful Principal Safety Coordinator will be a visible, hands-on leader, reinforcing safety and operational excellence while empowering employees to take ownership of their health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safety training for new hire orientation, equipment certifications, etc.
• Leading incident investigations and driving corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Supporting project implementation and monitoring compliance with safety standards.
• Developing, analyzing, and reporting safety performance metrics.
• Recordkeeping & retention for safety training.
• Inspecting and auditing food safety programs and processes.
• Partnering with operations & cross-functional teams to execute company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations.

$18.80 - $29.28
