The IT Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing systems across all departments. This role is responsible for leading IT teams, managing projects, and driving continuous operational improvements to support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management : Oversee and maintain network systems, servers, and hardware / software environments to guarantee optimal performance and uptime.
• Team Leadership : Lead IT support staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation. Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven team culture.
• Project Oversight : Plan, coordinate, and implement IT initiatives such as system upgrades, integrations, and application rollouts.
• Policy & Compliance : Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including procurement, support, and contract oversight.
• Budget Oversight : Administer the IT operations budget, ensuring cost-efficient solutions and strategic technology investments.
• Incident & Disaster Response : Lead troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, and root cause analysis for recurring technical challenges.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, and technology enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
