Financial Analyst -A fast growing local manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their accounting department in this newly created position.

As a Financial Analyst, you will serve as a valued partner to the organization in providing financial insights to drive business outcomes and support strategic initiatives. This involves research and analysis of financial, industry, and market information, distilling information into forecasts and other actionable reports.

• Build and manage models to support the landed costs analysis.
• Analyze and reconcile inventory
• Proactively research and determine corrective action for inventory errors / variances.
• Assist management with costing.
• Support management during planning and forecasting processes.
• Participate in special projects.
• Ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

1-2 years of relevant work experience

Exceptional business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization with competing priorities to the right results with a focused logical approach.

Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.

Ability to communicate at all levels.

Ability to multitask, take on additional responsibilities, and be a proactive driver of a change.

Ability to recommend, develop, and implement innovative process improvements in the areas of reporting. Highly analytic and have a natural curiosity

Enjoy working with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management

Pay : $70,000.00 per year
