They are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Loan Officer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding their commercial lending portfolio.  Job Description  As a Senior Commercial Loan Officer, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, evaluating creditworthiness, structuring loan packages, and ensuring compliance with lending policies.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that support their long-term goals.  Key Responsibilities  Originate, underwrite, and manage a portfolio of commercial loans.  Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.  Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and business plans to assess borrower risk.  Structure loan terms that align with both the client’s needs and the bank’s risk appetite.  Prepare and present loan proposals to the loan committee.  Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients and monitor loan performance.  Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.  Mentor junior loan officers and assist in their professional development.  Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree   Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial lending.  Proven track record of originating and managing a successful loan portfolio.  Strong knowledge of credit underwriting skills.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.  Why Join Us?  Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses  Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)  Professional development opportunities and tuition assistance  Supportive and collaborative team culture  Leadership that values innovation and initiative  To be considered for this position, send your resume to :
