Job descriptionHealth, dental & vision 401(k) with company match PTO & paid holidays Weekly direct deposit 24 / 7 driver support Rider & pet policy Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A Minimum : 120+ hours from accredited CDL school Paid training in duration 4–6 weeks OTR training routes across the Western US Paid orientation & travel / hotel Average pay after training : $1,200–$1,500 weekly Freight : 100% no-touch, mostly drop & hook Rider & pet policy available after training Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience No DUI in last 5 years (CMV) No major violations or DOT preventables in last 5 years Must pass urine & hair test

We’re hiring both experienced CDL-A drivers and recent graduates.

Job details :
- Mileage pay : $0.43 – $0.58 CPM (based on route & experience)
- Weekly pay : $1,200–$1,500+
- Top 25% average $1,800 weekly
- Average miles : 2,100–2,300 per week
- Bonuses : Up to $0.08 CPM monthly
- Orientation : $300 paid
- Home every other week (34–48 hr reset)
- Freight : 100% no-touch, 60% drop & hook
- Equipment : 2022+ automatic trucks
- No slip seating – take your truck home
