Wheat Ridge Personal Care Campus | Ephrata, PA

32 hrs (Week 1) / 40 hrs (Week 2) | Includes every other weekend

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Charge Nurse to join our Personal Care / Assisted Living team . This is a wonderful opportunity to serve elderly residents as they transition from independent living to assisted living. Pay & Schedule

$1,000 Sign On Bonus!
$30.80 – $33.30 / hour
Shift differentials : +$1.25 / hr weekends | +$1 evenings | +$0.50 nights
32 hours Week 1 / 40 hours Week 2
Every other weekend required

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision for Resident Assistants in assigned neighborhoods

Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders

Monitor residents, complete documentation, and support assessments, admissions, and discharges

Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with all state / federal regulations

Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership

Support Fairmount’s mission by creating a caring, respectful, and empathetic environment

Physical & Emotional Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, crouching, and resident care tasks

Strong composure to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in emergency or stressful situations
