Caterpillar's Excavation (EXD) division is hiring a Senior Project Manager within their Work Tool Business Development team.
Role Summary :
Drive continuous sales growth through strategic partner engagement. Lead, manage, and support projects related to the development and implementation of growth opportunities and process and product improvements in Caterpillar's work tool business with in the Excavation Division.
What You'll Do (Job Duties) :
- Analyze and identify growth opportunities for work tools from a product and region perspective
- Lead projects to improve business results and drive financial results including developing project plans and business cases
- Identify and run process improvement projects across the portfolio inclusive of point-of-sale offerings and aftermarket opportunities
- Data analysis of global business results and communicate monthly results of work tools business plans with division leadership
- Gather information and benchmark best practices for business line improvement opportunities
- Work with peers from numerous divisions to analyze, scope, lead and execute process improvement projects

Domestic relocation assistance to Peoria, IL only is available for this roleTravel : up to 25%Summary Pay Range : $126,000.00 - $189,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
