$70-80k, benefits, bonus, advancement potential

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead our hospitality team in McCall, ID. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Run it like you own it!

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals, including department heads and staff
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, local partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in full-service restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building guest loyalty
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
