IT Desktop Support Analyst needs 3 years IT Desktop support experience
IT Desktop Support Analyst requires :
- OnSite 5 days a week.
- 3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.
- Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
- Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.
- Possible OT required for this job (Afterhours and Weekends).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
IT Desktop Support Analyst duties :
Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate.Dedicated C-Suite support New York office.Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Perform user administration duties.
