Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of standup forklift experience (preferred). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted. Comfortable working in cold temperatures (32 F to 0 F) for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and sense of urgency. Steel-toe shoes required Dress code : Jeans (no rips / tears) and hoodless sweatshirt recommended. Cold gear (coat, hat, gloves) provided by client.

100% ONSITE IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT
Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM (OT as needed)
Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate Lv3 supports daily warehouse operations including order picking, receiving, housekeeping, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to safety in a fast-paced cold environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate standup forklift (reach truck) and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Perform order selection, put-away, and scanning (50% of time).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas (40%).
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned (10%).
- Follow all safety rules and cold storage protocols.
