Job Description
Lead and manage tenant improvement construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare detailed project reports and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing updates as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation and records for future reference.
