About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at OM Group Wingstop in Maple Grove, MN, as a QSR Wingstop Cook! This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced, fun environment dedicated to serving delicious wings and exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to Wingstop standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve perfect wing flavor and texture.
• Participate in training new team members on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any special requests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-food environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for food and a positive attitude towards customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
