About the Role

Our Sales Assistants receive exposure to varying aspects of sales, operations, inventory management, interior design, and retail visuals. Your success in this role will be measured by providing exceptional customer service, being a team member, building relationships, and supporting your peers in all facets of the business. You will report to the Assistant Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when responding to clients via phone, email and assisting clients in store.
• Monitor and respond to social media messages and inquiries, adding customer requests to the client wish list for out‑of‑stock items.
• Create social media stories and posts daily to drive customer engagement.
• Assist with sales support and post‑sale follow‑up with warehouse or 3rd‑party delivery companies.
• Ensure all items on the sales floor are properly tagged and updated daily.
• Organize and restock the cash wrap area, filing receipts daily.
• Maintain and assist in ordering supplies for break room, janitorial areas, and warehouse.
• Place an order with Staples (minimum once per month).

Store Hours : Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required).

Work Schedule : Full‑time | Weekends and holidays will be required depending on business needs.

Compensation range for this role is $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
