About the Team
UKG is searching for a talented Director of Customer Account Management to join our thriving Enterprise sales organization. About the Role
As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping your team surpass annual revenue targets for UKG's Pro, Dimensions, and Ready customer base (2,500+ employees) within the Services & Distribution vertical. Your adaptable collaboration skills will be vital as you partner with Sales colleagues and senior leadership across different functions to forge strong relationships that lead to remarkable success for both your team and our customers. You will benefit from the strong support of cohesive pre-sales and sales operations teams while directly reporting to the AVP, Services & Distribution Sales.
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently.
Develop and implement an ambitious sales strategy aimed at generating substantial annual revenue growth.
Focus on long-term success by coaching, developing, and fostering high-performance teams to ensure sustained revenue growth.
Establish best practices for sales activities, focusing on pipeline growth, accuracy, integrity, forecasting, and standardized strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and devise effective sales strategies.
Create a customer-first, employee-centric culture that encourages engagement, exemplifying UKG's core values : United, Kind, and Growing.
Conduct regular one-on-one progress meetings with each Sales Executive to assess pipeline status, sales activities, and any challenges faced.
Encourage collaborative efforts among the sales team to enhance overall performance.
Provide insightful feedback to UKG's senior management regarding market trends and identify opportunities to improve service delivery to our customers.
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing diverse sales teams or related areas.
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling to C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record in leading or selling SaaS, WFM, or HCM software solutions to C-level executives.
Successful experience in a highly matrixed organization, building strong interdepartmental relationships.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, adept at onboarding and training new Sales Executives.
Regularly exceeded quota and team objectives.
Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading successful Sales teams within the Enterprise sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

This position offers a base salary range of $155,000.00 to $170,000, with final salary dependent on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
