As a Ski Guest Service Agent at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, processing sales accurately and efficiently.

Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?

• Handling money and financial payment for goods and services
• Entering information into SMS accurately
• Answers any questions relating to the services provided.
• Checking in with the guests to ensure guest satisfaction is being met.
• Communicating with staff members about the needs of the guests.
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned.
