Job description
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Recommend upgrades to health plans based on product and brand knowledge
Conduct research and make outbound calls to answer customer inquiries about health care benefits and eligibility
Assist members with online health account access and functionality
Required Qualifications
6 months or more of customer service experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
High school diploma or equivalent
15 mbps)
Smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
