Business Systems Consultant

A company is looking for a Business System / Process Consultant to support a healthcare organization's Salesforce Health Cloud re-architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and documentation accuracy

Write detailed requirements and map workflows for current operations and future automation

Analyze and document data mapping, field-level documentation, and API integration requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare or Pharma with knowledge of clinical / operational processes and patient workflows

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, including workflows and automation logic

Exceptional documentation skills for defining workflows, user stories, and data mappings

Experience writing requirements for API integrations and understanding system interaction points

Highly proactive with the ability to identify gaps and push work forward independently
