A nationally ranked contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the budgeting, pursuit, and buyout of large-scale projects ($50M+). This role is highly visible and client-facing, providing the opportunity to shape strategy on negotiated and design-build projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead the GMP development process, including conceptual budgeting, value engineering, and subcontractor scope definition.
• Collaborate directly with clients and design partners during early project phases.
• Manage pursuit strategy, cost models, and presentation materials for high-profile projects.
• Oversee full buyout and ensure seamless handoff to operations teams.
• Mentor preconstruction engineers and estimators.
