Position Overview : As a Pharmacy Technician, you will perform essential tasks associated with medication distribution, under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist, while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently process electronic prescriptions and refill requests under the supervision of a pharmacist, including counting, mixing, and packaging medications.
• Manage automation equipment for dispensing workflows and maintain accurate order management.
• Assist with minor adjustments to ensure accurate dispensing records.
• Prepare and organize pharmaceutical supplies and medications for timely delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and triage communication to facilitate a seamless pharmacy experience.
• Document patient profiles and medication care plans using our state-of-the-art pharmacy software.
• Uphold compliance, efficiency, and quality within pharmacy operations, participating in improvement initiatives as appropriate.
• Ensure the security and proper storage of medications, maintaining pristine work conditions and inventory records.

Qualifications :

Physical and Mental Requirements : This role involves standing for extended periods and lifting supplies weighing up to 30 pounds. It may require using basic office equipment requiring hearing, seeing, and mobility.

Location : The position may require occasional travel for specific events or conferences.
