A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of online courses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of asynchronous, instructor-led, and microlearning experiences
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content
Integrate digital tools and AI strategies to enhance learner outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Instructional Design or related field
3+ years of professional instructional design experience, preferably in higher education
Demonstrated expertise in needs analysis, learning solution design, and assessment practices
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and digital course delivery environments
Strong collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams and SMEs
