Job descriptionStable weekday schedule Health benefits + PTO (paid time off, sick leave, holidays) Variety in your work Career growth Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in homes, clinics, and community settings. Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA. Collect accurate data and track client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to support positive outcomes. Availability Monday–Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m . (part-time or full-time schedules available). RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training and support provided). Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (or currently enrolled). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 1+ year of experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, after-school programs, etc.). Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in a clinic or home setting. This is a chance to build your career while making a meaningful impact on children and families in the south county location of San Diego!
Hours of Operation : Mon-Friday9am-6pm, Evening availability needed!
Pay : $22.00 – $26.00 per hour DPO experience
Location : San Diego (In clinic +In home)
