Job Duties

Works collaboratively with analysts to understand requirements and further enhances / conveys analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions. Provides graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products including, but not limited to, developing illustrations, editing existing images, providing font management, and utilizing advanced pre-publications techniques. Uses Government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, and interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content. Integrates graphics with text, audio and video to support interactive and multimedia high visibility finished intelligence products. Produces dynamic content IAW IC published standards (i.e. D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments.

The contractor shall use U.S. Government-specified technology to produce or modify USCENTCOM J2 organization web, SharePoint pages, and templates; other graphic user interface (GUI) development and improvements; video content; and support new USCENTCOM J2 web tools and interface requirements. The contractor shall provide user experiences and user interface expertise for the development of interactive graphics and web products.

In support of this subtask, the contractor shall :

• Demonstrate proficiency in professional graphics and design software to include, but not limited to : Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere, and Flash), Active Server Pages (ASP), Java Scripts (JS), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Apple Mac hardware platforms, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, SharePoint including Developer (and other associated tools), and any other interactive graphics enablers, languages, or tools specified.
• Design / illustrate abstract ideas / concepts and graphically depict technical subject matter for use in visual presentations, web design, and administration products.
• Determine the visual requirements for print, web, or other media; envisioning and proposing solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
• Provide weekly progress reports to leadership, including status of on-going and newly levied requirements.
