We’re looking for a Production Manager / Leader to elevate our internal systems, lead our field team, and ensure predictable, profitable project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Lead Carpenters, and field staff
• Oversee all active jobs for schedule, quality, and profitability
• Manage and improve company production systems and workflows
• Maintain the master production schedule and resource forecasting
• Review WIP reports, budgets, change orders, and job costs for margin protection
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify process improvements
• Drive accountability through metrics and team meetings
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
